
As a business owner, you know you need to advertise to get business. You also know that when writing an ad you have mere seconds to grab the potential buyers’ attention and then keep it! For a lot of people, writing is not their strong suit and they find it difficult to write ads. That is where my services come in!
I love to write and have been writing all my life. I also have been involved in the real estate industry for 14 years and have written countless ads. One of my pet peeves has always been cheesy, over the top ads. They drive me crazy! My goal has always been to use marketing language and techniques (such as call to action wording…) without sounding like an over the top salesman.

How it Works
When you place your order, we will have an email consultation to go over the main points you want to convey in the writing. When I complete the writing, I will send it to you for discussion and final approval . I will go over the marketing techniques I used in the writing with you, if any explanation is necessary. I will gladly do revisions, within reason.
Below are my fees.
100-125 words or less…Examples: Craig’s List or other classified ads, door hanger advertisements, direct mail advertisements, etc. $10
Up to 250 words….Examples…Simple brochures, flyers, etsy shop descriptions, product descriptions, postcards, etc. (can combine multiple ads) $20
Up to 500 words….Examples….detailed brochures, proposal letters for advertising, newsletter content, email marketing, blog entries, etc (can combine multiple ads.) $40
I f you would like to hire me on a long term basis or for multiple writings I can and will negotiate a fee for my services.
