This is a "personal info card" and this particular design is geared for a teen/tween age girl.
I think this is a fantastic Christmas gift idea....hire me to design one of these cards for you and then have it printed up. I have used VistaPrint quite a bit and they are very reasonable. Or you could even print them out yourself!
If you opt to use a design that already is done, I will only charge $10 to insert the information you choose.
