Customer Appreciation

I LOVE this article and I know you will too.

I especially like the point it makes that people are somehow forgetting that traditional marketing methods work and are going crazy with internet marketing and social media marketing. Which, there are results to be gotten through those methods but I am a big believer in the traditional, get out and talk to your local community methods. In fact, I am finishing up another QuickTip sheet today and this one focuses on how to get local businesses to help market YOU. This was the perfect timing to see this article…it got me so motivated to finish up that QuickTip sheet and get it listed for you guys!

And of course, I'm a huge believer in customer referrals and rewards. The biggest and best marketing is always and always will be word of mouth and rewarding referrals is one of the best ways to encourage that!

So check the article out and I’d love to hear your thoughts…

And yes, I emailed him for the customer appreciation report. VERY excited to get it….another QuickTip sheet idea I have is inexpensive or free “freebies” for Etsy shops. I’m hoping this report has some good ideas that I haven’t thought of.

I think you're right, Joanna. Time and time again I hear from handmade sellers that their best marketing success has been word of mouth. It seems that, for telling people about your business, nothing beats a happy customer!

It's a great article. Thanks for linking to it.
