I'll definitely be using that one next time!<br /><br />More than once I've encountered similar scenarios but the one that comes to mind is when someone asked me to sell the item with free shipping because they were on disability. Being broke (like goodness knows I am most of the time!) is no excuse to get a discount, besides shouldn't you be saving money for essentials? I really doubt booty shorts are an essential item. In any case, of course I kept my thoughts to myself and responded "At the moment we are not able to offer free shipping. However, we do offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases."M.
